This wine was result of a heavy hailstorm in August 2008. The grapes couldn’t be used for Segreto, so we decided to select the less damaged grapes to make a Rose. The whole grapes had been pressed immediately. Fermentation took place in an inox tank. After one year the wine was bottled. |
