After the grapes are harvested, maceration lasts 8 hours after which the must is softly pressed. The must is naturally sedimented. Fermentation lasts 18 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. |
