Vinification & Aging: |
The grapes are harvested manually, hand-selected and carefully pressed. Then, the fermentation process takes place in 528-gallon-oak barrels for 14 days at a controlled-temperature of 68°F. The wine is left in the tanks for clarification before racking. After racking, it ages in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Then, the wine is bottled and aged for 2 months. |

Description: |
Bright yellow with hints of gold. To the nose, ripe exotic fruits, mint, lemongrass, pears. On the palate, hints of coconut, grapefruit, lime gooseberry, multi-layered with a long finish. |
