Vinification & Aging: |
After the grapes were harvested by hand, the fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks. After the completion of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine underwent the malolactic fermentation in barrique, where it aged for 16 months. The wine was not filtered; purification is achieved through repeated pumping from one barrel to another. |
