Degustation Dinner

Modest tasting dinner of a few of the Vignaioli selections at Chanterelle with some of our best clients, including Roger Dagorn, Warner Strejan and Dan Perelman (then at AZ), Robert Castleberry of Carmine’s, Richard Shipman (formerly of Picholine) and Danny Emerman of Bivio. The menu was creative and was designed to highlight a diverse grouping of wines: Austrian and Italian whites and Bruno de Conciliis’ phenominal Zero (Aglianico passito). It danced from shellfish and oysters to ravioli in oxtail sauce and roast leg of lamb, showing the versitility of dishes that can be paired with quality white wines.
