Austrian Wine Dinner

This light dinner was designed to highlight the large selection of Austrain wines that were tasted (those on the menu, as well as several others added on the spot). Our Austrian producers were all present to describe the wines and how they were made, including Pauli Schand, Helmut Gangl , Sighardt Donabaum, Johannes Gebeshuber of Spaetrot, and Christian Fischer. Julian Niccolini from the Four Seasons and guests, as well as Rory Gurland from Vento and Andy Forgang from Craft (on his night off) joined us.
