Ronco del Gnemiz dinner

Small, intimate gathering to celebrate Serena Palazzolo, winemaker and owner of Ronco del Gnemiz, on her first visit to New York. Her visit coincided with one of the coldest winters in the last decade, but despite the frigid weather, she thoroughly enjoyed herself, met with many of the top wine buyers in New York and New Jersey and intends to return every year. It’s no surprise considering that this was only one of many dinners! Rick Moonen arranged a remarkable menu to compliment her Friulano wines, including his renowned seafood sensations to highlight the whites and a tender venison dish for the Rosso: outstanding Merlot and Cabernet blend to challenge any Burgundy!
