White Truffle Gala

Large, public event held at Tony May’s San Domenico restaurant to celebrate Northern Italian White Truffles (hand-delivered to the restaurant directly from Italy). Odette Fada created a variety of dishes to show off the amazing truffles which she skillfully paired with Northern Italian wines. Our own Ada Nada’s 1998 Barbaresco Cichin shared the stage with wines from Bruno Giacosa and Aldo Conternoto create that perfect Italian atmosphere, right in New York City.
