Vinification & Aging: After the grapes are harvested, they go to pressing. Then, the must goes through the fermentation process for 20 days. Later, the must is refined in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Then, the wine is bottled and aged for 3 months prior to its release.

Description: Bright straw color with green highlights. Fruity, floral and lightly ethereal to the nose. Good acidity and persistence to the palate.
