It’s vinification is made following the traditional style a “cappello sommerso” with temeperature controlled maceration on its lees. Follows a brief transfer in stainless steel tanks. It then, ages for 16 months in oak barriques prior to bottling and final release. |

Description: |
Intense ruby red color. The wine is characterized but a persistent bouquet of red berries, blackberry and rasperry, and of flowers, rose and violet. It is dry, pleasantly tastful with light tannins with an elegant and longlasting finish to the palate. |
