The grapes were harvested in late September. Once the grapes were picked sorted and crushed the must fermented into temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks for 8 to10 days. The wine aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Once bottled, the wine aged in bottle for a 4-months- period prior to its release. |

Description: |
The color is ruby red with hints of violets. Red berries and roses to the nose. To the palate, this wine is of medium-body with a well-balanced acidity and a good finish. |
