The name Erpacrife comes from the initials of its four creators: ERic, PAolo, CRIstian e FEderico. After their graduation, these young wine makers decided to create a product together. Their collaboration produced a unique sparkly wine from the Nebbiolo grape – a wine pleasing to the eye as well as to the palate.
