A 5-6 day fermentation period in open-top tanks was followed by a 21 day maceration period. The wine was transferred into French oak barriques where it underwent the malolactic fermentation and aged for 22 months. After an additional 9 months in bottle, it was released to the market. |

Intense garnet ruby red in color. Full complex nose with aromas of violets, rose, licorice and vanilla. Elegant and well balanced, with a beautiful structure and soft on the palate. Complex, sweet tannins. |
