The grapes were pressed and macerated frequently during the 10-day fermentation period in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by the malolactic fermentation. Aging took place for 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels. The wine was then bottled without filtration and continued to age in the bottle for an additional 12 months prior to release. |
