Vinification & Aging: The harvest takes place after the second half of September. The grapes are cryo-macerated for 24 hours in stainless steel tanks in order to extract the most out of their aromas. Then, the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a 64°F controlled temperature, over a three-week period. The wine is refined for 4 months in stainless-steel tanks and in bottle an additional 4-6 months.

Description: This wine is characterized by special aromas. To the nose, it presents notes of toasted bread, vanilla, white flowers and mandarin. To the palate, its great body and its acidity level are well balanced by the noticeable sweetness of white fruits.
