Vinification & Aging: |
This wine’s vinification follows the Charmat Method. After the harvest, the Brachetto grapes go for a light pressing. Then, the must is filtered and it goes for a temperature-controlled fermentation for a period of 40 days. Natural yeasts are used during this process. Then, the wine rests for 30 days prior to bottling. Once it is bottled, the wine is released into the market. No aging required. |

Description: |
The color conferred to this wine by the use of Brachetto grapes is of an intense pink. To the nose, intense aromas of roses and strawberries, also typical of the Brachetto grape. To the palate, very balanced between the sweetness of the aroma and the bitterness of a spumante. Long finish. |
