This project, the realization of Dario Cavallo’s dreams, combines 30 hectares of vineyards caressed by the warm, windy fingers of the sea. Ancient vines (35 to 95 years old) are grown without training, low to the sandy-clay soil rich in minerals. The invocation of 1,001 Arabian Nights in the names gives a hint of the magical qualities to come in the glass.
