After the grapes were harvested, they were pressed without maceration to retain the fresh and fruity flavors. Fermentation lasted 14 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 6 months in the bottle prior to release. |
