The cultivation of the vines is done naturally and organically, protecting the surrounding environment. The harvest is done both manually and mechanically, and it took place in from late September to mid-October, in the Tinnuna vineyard. This is situated on a slope, which extends from the middle to the highest point of the estate. |

Description: |
Straw yellow color. The aroma is broad and complex with clear floral notes, and slightly fruity with notes of yellow apples and citrus fruits. The flavor is fresh, fruity, floral, with memories of Golden Delicious apples, lemon and dandelion flowers. It has a good acidity. |
