After manually harvesting the grapes they go through a selection for the best crop of the area. The grapes then were put through crushing and de-stemming, followed by the first alcoholic fermentation that lasts 3-4 weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After an additional 6-8 months aging and another 6 months in the bottle, the wine was released. |
