Vinification & Aging: Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks for 7 days followed by 3 weeks of maceration using selected yeast with a temperature controlled of 85° Fahrenheit. After that the wine was aged for 1 year in the barrels and 1 year in the bottle prior to release.

Alcohol: 13.5%
Description: Aromas of cherries, black cherries and blueberries. Excellent balance and long finish.
Food Pairing: Lamb, venison and roast game.
