Description: Colour: Intense red ruby with violet shades
Bouquet: Intense and extremely complex flavours of red fruit jam, dried prune, dried apricot, raisins and candied peach
Taste: From medium sweet to sweet, strong bodied tasty and armonic. Bright acidity and great softness, very persistent
Food Pairing: Meditation wine, perfect pairing with dark chocolate, fruit tart, cakes with cacao or soft fruits. Delicious with blue cheeses.
