Description: Colour: Limpid red ruby
Bouquet: Good intensity and complexity, vinous and with fresh red fruit fragrance as cherry, black cherry, strawberry and some reminiscence of black pepper
Taste: Dry with pleasant acidity and soft tannins, balanced and intense
Food Pairing: Great with grilled white and red meats, pasta with tomato sauce, cold cuts. It can be also paired with flavorful fish soups.
