The grapes were harvested by hand and carefully selected. Fermentation took place in stainless steel for 3 days followed by a 2-week maceration period. Then the wine was aged in French oak casks for 6 months and in stainless steel for 6 months and an additional 9 months in the bottle prior to release. |

Deep ruby red color with purple highlights. Elegant with fruity aromas of red currant and cherry, with subtle spice and black pepper. A strong, mouth-filling impact on the palate, the tannins are nicely balanced with the alcohol and acidity. |
