Storage is carried in refrigerated stainless steel silos, Second fermentation in autoclave (charmat) temperatured controlled. To be consumed no more 18 months after grape harvest in order to maintain its freshness. High temperature storage speeds up its ageing.

Description: A light ruby red color. Fragrance pleasant with fruity, ripe strawberries berries. Taste is dry and tangy but round, and fresh. Shows a pleasant balance in its body. Sparkling sweet.
