Vinification & Aging: |
The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and macerated for 15 days. After the maceration, the wine went through the malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged in French oak barriques (50% new, 50% 2 year-old barrels) for 12 – 18 months. A light filtration was followed by bottling and an additional 12 months bottle aging prior to release. |
