Vinification & Aging: Harvest took place at the end of September. The grapes are harvested by hand, selected with special care and carefully pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in March 2013.

Description: Bright yellow, aromas of pear and quince, elegant mouth-feel with integrated fresh acidity and matured aftertaste.
