Vinification & Aging: Harvest took place at the end of September; the grapes were harvested by hand, selected with special care and carefully pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and was bottled in February 2014.

Description: Bright yellow in the glass, fresh and fruity nose, aromatics of melon and apples, spicy, balanced structure with a piquant finish.
