Vinification & Aging: |
The wine was harvested at the end of October. The grapes were then sorted by botrytis levels, soft pressing and fermented for the primary alcoholic fermentation. Then, the must stayed in stainless steel tanks for 36 hours, then, transferred to French Barriques for 16 -18 months. After that, the wine went through filtration and it is finally bottled. |
