After the grapes were hand-selected and harvested in October, they were placed into stainless steel tanks for a 15-day fermentation and maceration period. The wine was then transferred to 600-liter French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine was then bottled and aged an additional 12 months in the bottle prior to release. |
