After the grapes were harvested manually in October, they were placed into stainless steel tanks for a 25-30 day fermentation and maceration period. The wine was then transferred to 600-Liter Slovenian oak tanks for 26-28 months. The wine aged an additional 12 months in the bottle prior to release. |
