Description: Rich, brooding aromas of rose petals and spices. A crisp entry leads to a spicy, full bodied palate. Full bodied palate with a slight sweetness. It has the ability to improve over the next 2-3 years.
Food Pairing: Excellent with asian cuisine and foie gras.
