Vinification & Aging: The grapes are harvested manually, hand-selected and carefully pressed. Then, fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 64°F. The wine is left in the tanks for clarification before racking. After racking, it ages in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Then, the wine is bottled where it ages for an additional 4-6-week period prior to its release.

Description: Bright yellow color. On the nose, notes of orange, grapefruit, pineapples, pears, and hints of hay flowers. Very harmonious on the palate.
Food Pairing: Light cuisine, appetizers, fish, fowl, noodles, Asian cuisine in general, also spicier dishes.
