| Description: |
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aromas of salty minerality fading into tones of orange blossom, wisteria leaf and lemongrass. Initial fresh tasting palate with well a balanced flavor. Tastes of iodine, mineral and floral, and a contained and balanced perception of alcohol. The dominance of mineral is a testament to the wine’s longevity, which is reminiscent of certain Riesling wines, the source of its inspiration. Made only in steel. |
| Food Pairing: |
Goes well with light fish dishes, fried calamari, and also as an aperitif at sunset. |
