Vinification & Aging: Maceration is carried out according to the traditional method in stainless steel with floating caps for about 15 days at a controlled temperature (30). An average period of 18 months in French oak casks before bottling, followed by a further refinement in the bottle for no less than 4 months.
Alcohol: 13.5%
Description: Fairly intense ruby red coloured wine. Well-balanced, elegant with a richly-toned bouquet.  Full and firm flavour with the right amount of tannins.
Food Pairing: Excellent with roast red meats, game and poultry.
