Description: |
Its scent is extremely elegant and complex: at first it gives off intense aromas of sage, elder and other hints of herbs like mint. Then you can feel white peach, tropical fruit, grapefruit and olea fragrans flower. On the palate it’s soft and full, as well as pleasant and enveloping, with a strong and persistent savory mineral note: you can taste all the aromatic notes perceived by the nose. |
Food Pairing: |
It goes well with soups, eggs, asparagus and tasty fish courses |
