Vinification & Aging: A 5-6 day fermentation period in open-top tanks was followed by a 14-day maceration period. The wine was immediately transferred to French oak barriques for the malolactic fermentation and aged for 22 months. After bottling, the wine aged 9 additional months prior to release.

Description: Intense ruby red. Aromas of strawberries, blackberries and violets predominate. Voluptuous, generous, and warm with great balance and structure and exquisite drinkability.
